Swedish/Relaxation
Swedish massage is the most commonly offered and best known type of massage. It uses a firm but gentle pressure to improve circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility and create relaxation.

Enhance your massage experience by adding the therapeutic healing properties of essential oils. Essential oils can aid in the treatment of many physical and emotional ailments including muscle aches, colds, skin conditions, headaches, insomnia, and stress. The oils are absorbed into your body through your skin and nose. You receive a full body massage using a customized blend of oils created specifically for your needs.

Treatment massage is for injury rehabilitation and pain reduction and elimination. It focuses on achieving goals, and helping to make significant progress toward better health, less pain, and increased range of motion.

Lomi Lomi
The lomi lomi massage is a Hawaiian tradition that works with the muscles with continuous flowing strokes. These movements encourage the recipient to relax, let go, and simply be. A session of lomi lomi massage can be done with the client fully clothed, but oftentimes, it is done with the client only having a towel or folded sheet to cover the body. As your body surrenders to the experience, the more relaxed and at peace your body becomes.

Hot Stone
Hot stone massage is a variation on classic massage therapy. Heated smooth, flat stones are placed on key points on the body. The massage therapist may also hold the stones and use them to massage certain areas of the body. The stones may be placed at specific points on the back, in the palms of the hand, or between the toes. The heat warms and relaxes the muscles, which allows the therapist to apply deeper pressure, if desired. The warmth of the hot stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system.

CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous sytem.Please note: 1 hour = 50 minutes of table time
